The School of Athens is a giant mural painting created by Raphael Sanzio da Urbino in the early 16th century. Appearance in the rap battle
This is where the Renaissance Artists rapped. The school's ceiling was shown briefly during the beginning of Michelangelo Buonarroti's solo verse.
Trivia
- It can be argued that this shared location was chosen due to all four of the artists' likenesses appearing in the original painting itself. Leonardo, Donatello, and Michelangelo feature as the figures Plato, Plotinus, and Heraclitus, respectively. Raphael also appears, as himself.
