Sesame Street is where Jim Henson and Kermit the Frog rapped in Jim Henson vs Stan Lee. It is also where Stan Lee briefly appeared. Furthermore, Nice Peter rapped here for part of his second verse in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2.

Information on the location[]

Sesame Street is the setting of the popular children's show of the same name. The street itself appears to be a plaza somewhere in New York City. Jim Henson's involvement with the puppetry of Sesame Street heavily contributed to the show's massive success, and Henson performed as a number of characters on the show, including Kermit himself. Since its first airing in 1969, the show has included many popular characters such as Elmo, Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, and Oscar the Grouch.

Appearance in the rap battles[]

Jim Henson vs Stan Lee:[]

This is the location where Jim Henson and Kermit the Frog rapped. As Sesame Street is an educational show focused on younger children, a portion of Henson's first verse has numbers and letters appearing in the background. Stan Lee also appeared here during Henson's line "And I'm clenching all your strings like you're a puppet in suspension."

Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2:[]

This is where Nice Peter rapped for the first part of his second verse, starting from the line "And doink! Nice punchline, bro!" It later transitions to The Joy of Painting.

Trivia[]

  • The sign with "123 Sesame Street" written on the original location has been replaced by a sign saying "123 Rap Battle St".
    • This is the sixth location where the title was altered in the battle.
  • This location was mentioned in Larry Bird vs Big Bird.
