Paul Harrison Tibbitt is an American comedian, animator, director, producer, writer, storyboard artist, and voice actor, best known for his work on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. He previously worked on other animated shows such as Recess, CatDog, and Whatever Happened to… Robot Jones?. After SpongeBob SquarePants creator Stephen Hillenburg resigned in 2004, Tibbitt was appointed to take the role of the showrunner and currently serves as the series' executive producer. He also voiced other characters in the show, including DoodleBob, Mrs. Krabs, and, following Hillenburg's departure, Potty the Parrot. He voiced a back-up seagull in the SpongeBob Movie Rap Battle.
