Pablo Picasso's studio is where Pablo Picasso rapped and where Lump, Billy Mays, Mister Rogers, and the Fourth Doctor made their cameo appearance in Bob Ross vs Pablo Picasso. This is also where EpicLLOYD made his appearance in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2.
Information on the location
Pablo Picasso's studio is where Picasso used to create his paintings. The Eiffel Tower can be seen in the distance outside the window, indicating that the studio is located somewhere in Paris, France. There is also an old-style television located in the room. His studio is filled with many of Picasso's own paintings, including The Old Guitarist, Portrait of Angel Fernández de Soto, and The Actor. Although its exact location is unknown, the studio is likely to be Picasso's studio/residence during 1937–1948 in Rue des Grands-Augustins, where he created one of his most famous paintings, Guernica.

This is where EpicLLOYD made his appearance during the line, "You're an eight-year-old boy stuck inside a whatever-year-old man!" It later changes into Bill Gates' background.
