The interlude between Nice Peter's third verse and fourth verse
|Location(s)||The ERB Studio|
Andrew Sherman has been the main editor/VFX compositor/post-production supervisor for the Epic Rap Battles of History crew since Master Chief vs Leonidas. He has also been responsible for making the backgrounds/locations for the battles since Bruce Lee vs Clint Eastwood. However, he was not needed during the production of Zeus vs Thor as it was an animated Lego battle which was solely edited by Forrest Whaley and his team. He portrayed himself in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2.
He was first interviewed in the Behind the Scenes video of Michael Jordan vs Muhammad Ali, where he explained the effects process as well as the inside joke about the identical skies in the backgrounds of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Muhammad Ali, in which both rappers were portrayed by the same actor: Jordan Peele. As of December 30th, 2016, he has become a member of this wiki. His account can be found here.
Appearance in the rap battleEdit
Sherman made a cameo appearance as himself in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2 during the line, "To take over control of some shit I'm already doing just fine!", ready to edit the battle after receiving the footage from Josh Best. He made an appearance again during the interlude between Nice Peter's third and fourth verses, sitting in front of the computer with Javi Sánchez-Blanco, saying "Yeah" and accepting Peter's apology.
- Sherman joined the ERB crew after he responded to a tweet looking for editors by Dave McCary.
- He stated that his favorite battle is either Steven Spielberg vs Alfred Hitchcock or Jim Henson vs Stan Lee.
- He also stated that he did not like how Alexander the Great vs Ivan the Terrible came out and that "he can't watch it".
- In his cameo appearance in Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2, he grossly enlarges Nice Peter's hand and EpicLLOYD's head as payback for the line, "If you weren't so cheap, we could hire some editors that do good work!", before being directly referenced in the next line, "Who do you think just— Oh, that's real funny, Andrew!"
